Managing Partner
Mark is the Managing Member of 1121 Law, Mark focuses his practice on representing emerging growth crypto and fintech companies, along with venture capital funds and established financial services companies. Prior to founding 1121 Law, Mark worked at Atrium, K&L Gates, and FINRA.
Mark received an LL.M. in Securities & Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to the Illinois Bar.

Dane is a legal and financial innovator focused on building and advising frontier businesses. His advisory practice centers on corporate governance, business strategy, contract negotiation, and litigation strategy. Dane began his crypto career as a core contributor to Alliance, the premier web3 accelerator, and went on to build the Optimism grants council—now a model for other decentralized grants programs.
Dane started his career in 2012 as a corporate governance litigator at Willkie Farr & Gallagher after earning his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He later transitioned into finance, first as a financial sponsors banker at Barclays and then as an investor in public and private equity and private debt. Since 2022, Dane has advised some of the most innovative founders in blockchain and cutting-edge law firms at the forefront of the industry. He thrives at the intersection of regulation and innovation, helping builders navigate complex legal terrain in emerging technologies.
Senior Associate
Based in Arlington, Virginia, Isaac maintains interests in business law, securities law, digital privacy, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency. At 1121 Law PLLC, he works with startups on the cutting edge of FinTech and blockchain technology. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, and is admitted to the Virginia State Bar.

Katharine Agbenohevi is an Associate Attorney at 1121 Law, where she advises clients on securities law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on cryptocurrency and tech companies.
Prior to joining 1121 Law, she gained experience as a law clerk supporting the U.S. Department of Justice’s Money Laundering and Asset Forfeiture section. She also completed a Summer Law Clerkship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah, assisting Assistant U.S. Attorneys in the financial crimes division. Additionally, she served as a policy analyst with the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry and as a student attorney in Washington and Lee University’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Corruption Practicums.
She is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. A graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, she was the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. She holds B.A. degrees in Global Studies and Political Science from the University of Tennessee.

Laura Hart has over 9 years of experience in legal, corporate, and transactional tasks for private and public companies, including corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and commercial contracts. Recently, she has expanded her expertise into legal operations and in-house support for Google with subsidiary management, post-acquisition integration, and corporate governance. Laura holds an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies certificate from De Anza College and a B.A. in Humanities – American Studies from San Jose State University
Ivona Roso is an assistant at 1121 Law, supporting the legal team with a range of administrative and operational tasks since joining the company in 2022. Based in Croatia, Ivona brings a strong background in organization and problem-solving to her role. She originally pursued a career in healthcare, earning a nursing degree before expanding her skill set into business support and legal operations

Jeremy is Senior Litigation Counsel at 1121 Law and is founder and president of Law Offices of Jeremy L. Ross, P.C. Jeremy focuses his practice on representing companies and their officers in crypto and other emerging and growth industries in and around litigation and arbitration. Jeremy has a broad background and proven track record as a skilled negotiator, aggressive and smart litigator, and trusted advisor to his clients throughout the lifecycle of legal conflict, advising on policies and procedures to help avoid legal conflict, leading crisis response and investigations, and representing his clients through the processes of litigation and arbitration through and beyond trial. Jeremy is brought on to advise on, manage, and represent clients in litigation and arbitration before private arbitrators and in state and federal courts throughout the country using his business acumen and strategic mind to help navigate his clients through legal conflict.
Jeremy received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in California and Illinois as well as the following federal courts: the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California; the Northern District of Illinois; the Western District of Texas; the District of Nebraska; and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeremy has also been admitted pro hac vice to practice on a temporary basis before various state and federal courts throughout the country.
