As the Managing Member of 1121 Law, Mark focuses his practice on representing emerging growth crypto and fintech companies, along with venture capital funds and established financial services companies. Prior to founding Mark worked at Atrium, K&L Gates, and FINRA.
Mark received an LL.M. in Securities & Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to the Illinois Bar.
Based in Arlington, Virginia, Isaac maintains interests in business law, securities law, digital privacy, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency.
